Return by post
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Please send the goods back via registered mail and allow two(2) weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for items retuned due to a change of heart.
Biscote will happily absorb the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns of incorrect sizing or faulty items.

You can return merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' to Biscote in Hawthorn 7 days of purchase. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered.
Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame. |
